Emme
Griffith’s Emerald City was the second and last Labrador Retriever added to the
Griffith Kennels family. She along with Bella will be the mother of our F1
Mini/Toy Labradoodle puppies. She is a beautiful Chocolate Labrador Retriever,
and comes from Championed English lines. Both of her parents have full
clearances, and we are working on Emme’s clearances now. She does currently
have an OFA heart clearance, and will be going soon to get her OFA hip clearance.
Emme is a super sweet little girl, and she has beautiful, expressive eyes. She is
both AKC and CKC registered. She loves to just be near us, and has a calm,
eager to please attitude about her. When I think of the perfect Lab, she is what
comes to my mind. She is so gentle, and has that “lay at your feet” personality.
She has matured to be a very calm and self confident dog. She is not easily
bothered by new situations. Although she does have a fun loving and playful
side, she stays very focus and under control. Whether we are taking her to
Mohican to walk the trails and play in the river, or we are just playing with
her in the back yard, she is a happy dog. Emme does wonderful in the house.
Even though she is a full grown Lab, you hardly know she is there unless she
is laying her sweet head on our laps to cuddle – or sneaking up on the couch
to lay beside you. She truly is the best of both loving and playful, and we
are very grateful for the opportunity to bring this little treasure into our home.
