Calli
“Good Night Mrs Calabash Where Ever You Are” is one of two Miniature Goldendoodles
in our breeding program. We call her Calli. Calli is CKC registered and a Gracie/Cody baby.
She had the smallest birth weight of any puppy ever born into our breeding program. She
weighs in at about 22 lbs adult weight now. Calli was born white, and has kept a lighter
colored coat. She is now a medium cream color, and has a wavy coat with very little
curl in it. Calli was exactly what I personally was looking for in our breeding program.
I wanted a petite girl with a light colored wavy coat. She fit the bill perfectly!
Calli is 4 days younger than Gabby. They are the best of friends. I said on Gabby’s
page that Gabby did not have the typical Olivia personality. The joke in our family
is that Calli is actually the Olivia puppy because she is so sweet and most of the time
quiet natured. I say most of the time quiet natured, because Gabby can sometimes
convince her to misbehave. Calli kind of hangs back and thoughtfully takes
things in at first. She has a gorgeous little face that looks as sweet and innocent as
her personality is. She will quietly climb into our laps, and snuggle up. She is a
calming and soothing presence in our lives.
Calli will be bred with Petey. Together they should produce puppies in the 10 – 20 lb
size range with cream to honey colored coats. I think that their two personalities mixed
together will give us sweet little puppies that are both fun loving and cuddly.
